Riyadh Document for Cyber Crimes provides the common system for the cyber security of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), which comes as a continuation of a series of pilot systems that were completed in the framework of the process of justice and judicial cooperation among the GCC countries, and consists of 39 items included samples of Information Technology Crimes and sanctions the perpetrators, which were brought in order to prevent the misuse of information and means of fraud and criminalize this technique
