MoJ Launches e-Program for Real Estate Valuation

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has launched real estate valuation program for a trial period of one month as part of the development project of real estate registration and documentation systems (Sakk). After the set period, the program, which involves technical and legal real estate valuation restrictions, will come into force to provide traders with the approximate value of real estate prices.

The program calculates the estimated value of the property according to a set of standards that can be later modified by the user. It also allows the beneficiary to appraise the property by entering its number (Bond No.) and the specific data in valuation application entries.

The program enables users as well to modify entered data, calculate the estimated value of the property and view property map through (Enwani) link in the application when valuating using property number.
